The company has powerful production capacity, with a garage gate production ability of 300,000m2/annual, the production capacity reaching RMB 182 million, a world-class leading company in aluminum alloy rolling gate manufacturing industry. It has multiple German production lines for aluminum ingot melting, mold making, extruding, electrostatic powder painting-spraying, electrophoresis, anodizing coloring and oxidizing, etc.; foreign advanced production flow line and inspecting instruments have been introduced successfully, comprising heat storage type regenerative energy-saving melting and casting furnace, totally-enclosed thermal discharge top forging system, 2600t large extruder, and multiple extrusion lines. The company has owned mechanical polishing, chemical polishing and domestic leading surface treatment system, and three high-power generator sets.
